The effects of poverty on the majority of the Khmer population is crippling to Cambodian culture and heritage. The film will be a crucial tool in raising awareness about this group of children as representative of the Khmer population and about the larger issue of poverty and its affects.

Only with financial support can the children and their community continue the early evolution from the depths of poverty to healthy sustenance, intellectually, physically, spiritually, and culturally.
